Together Again for the First Time
Juntos Studios tell visual stories through murals and graphic design and is a collaboration between Atlanta artists Gregg Bauer and Agatha Pereira. Together they work with print media and murals on either 2 or 3 dimensional surfaces to communicate ideas and create brands.
Gregg Bauer
Gregg is both a fine artist and a graphic designer working out of Atlanta and now living in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
His career in graphic design has spanned over 40 years with award-winning ad agency work that includes CNN, the Cartoon Network, Major League Baseball, the Atlanta Symphony, the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival, and the iconic Varsity and Mary Mac’s Tea Room restaurants.
For over a decade he was an adjunct professor at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) on their Atlanta campus in their Advertising Design department. There he enjoyed working with some of the most creative minds from around the world helping shape their portfolios before graduation.
For the past 20 years he has been the principal of BauerHaus Creative which produces branding and graphics for businesses which have ranged from a neighborhood theater group to Fortune 500 companies. Along with BauerHaus he is a partner in Juntos Studios working alongside Agatha Pereira in creating memorable murals.
Agatha Pereira
Agatha is a Brazilian artist and illustrator who skillfully blends multimedia tools with both technological and manual techniques. After moving with her family from Sao Paolo to Amsterdam and finally to Atlanta, she has been an active part of the Georgia at scene. Her work has been shown at the Quinlan Visual Arts Center in Gainesville, GA as well as contributing several murals to the Atlanta Beltline. Her creative agility and extensive expertise allow her to uniquely integrate modern techniques with traditional illustration methods.
